The Power of 8 includes 8 sessions with me which you can do like a laser ​focused sprint to work through one big thing or have me on call and book ​calls at your convenience valid 6 months from the day you pay.

2 x 90 Minute Sessions

·Life Inventory Review & Creating the Coaching Container - we review what ​you want most out of the coaching and mentoring process and we also ​create the emotional & mental space we will work in together.

·Inner Child Integration Session - This session is designed to help you ​uncover what old stories from childhood might be holding you back from ​having the marriage and life you want in the present. It is both gentle and ​powerful. It is a guided session where I will walk you through a specific ​process.

6 x 60 Minute Private Coaching Sessions

Celebrate Wins, Troubleshoot Challenges, Create Action Plans or get ​whatever coaching and mentoring support feels useful for you at the ​moment.

For The Power of 8, Sessions expire 180 days from purchase = You can book the sessions anytime within ​a 6 month period before they expire. Appointment times will be open various weekdays during office ​hours in Miami/Eastern time. You will receive a link to book your sessions at your convenience. I will open ​new times every month. You can also pick a day and time to have your sessions weekly if that is a better ​fit for your needs. Just let me know your preference and we will work out the schedule and make tweaks ​as needed. This package does not include support in between sessions other than logistics for ​scheduling.
